Outlier Correction Quartile Exclude

Here is my Office 365 LAMBDA Excel Formula that can be used to perform Outlier Correction on a range of values including the use of a fence coefficient (test function taking a range and a double value)

This version also includes Chart series detailing  how to use PERIODS and EXCLUDE (Comma-delimited list) to exclude seasonal periods from the Outlier Correction Algorithm
